Before I start to thinking I am healthy or unhealthy, I'd make sure clearly what is "Health" actually mean.
According to WHO, they said that "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity".
This means that being healthy is not only applies to the people who hasn't being sick or ill for long time. In addition to that, they should be unstressful and belong properly to the society.
Let it applies to myself, I am working at the fitness club as a part-time job, so I use the gym to do the exercise with a personal trainer at least twice a week after duty, (Eg; I do the barbell training, use the stuck machines and aerobic exercises etc.), I spend about one and half hour to finish the exercise and also I manage my eating habit. Thanks to that, I lost 4kg in 3 weeks and built my muscles as well, I feel so good now! I'm also belong to the society as a student at the Kansai University.
However, I have stress like everyday, it because of many studies, not getting enough sleeps or could be love affair, and it can says to many other people not only me.
I wonder it means I am not healthy? If so, it's like be healthy is very difficult for me.
